Exploring Ercolano's treasures! 🏛️
Staying here was a real jol! Just a hop from Herculaneum ruins, and the staff were super friendly, like chommies helping you figure out the whole area. Breakfast was a proper treat, with fresh pastries and juice that hit the spot! The little outside area was perfect for winding down.
WiFi was a bit dodgy—sometimes it was like trying to catch a lekker fish with bare hands.

During our stay, we experienced significant discomfort due to the hard beds, which seemed more like rocks than anything else. The cleanliness was another major issue. we found cobwebs and marks on the walls, making the stay quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, the staff's response to our concerns was disappointing, as they offered no compensation despite our complaints about the unsatisfactory conditions.

the supposed "superior triple room" was a complete disaster, more like a dark cave. the staff was as friendly as a brick wall when I complained. I almost wouldve rated this place well, but the hair in the shower left by previous guests absolutely ruined my impression.

And the location was absolutely fantastic, just a short stroll from the Herculaneum site which made sightseeing a breeze! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast was scrumptious with locally made pastries and fresh orange juice. The inviting terrace area was a wonderful spot to unwind after exploring the area!
But the room decor could use a refresh, a bit outdated, and some minor cleaning issues were noticed in the shower.

The location near Herculaneum is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the ancient site. Breakfast featured a decent range, including excellent pastries, and the inviting outdoor patio was perfect for evening relaxation. the room felt a bit dark and could use better lighting while the parking situation was inconvenient since the nearby machine didn’t accept bank cards. Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, which hampered our online access.
